We’re pleased to provide direct insurance billing (also called assignment) for your convenience. This means our team can submit your dental claim directly to your insurance company, reducing out-of-pocket costs at the time of your appointment.
Please note:
A valid credit card must be kept on file.
Your insurance provider must accept direct billing.
Payment is due on the day of service unless other arrangements have been approved by our administrative team.

We send hygiene reminders by phone or email approximately 3–4 weeks before your booked appointment.
Confirmation calls or emails are sent 2–5 days prior to your scheduled visit.
(Please note that it remains your responsibility to attend your appointment unless other arrangements are made in advance.)
If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly request a minimum of two business days’ notice.
This helps us accommodate other patients who may be waiting for care.
We believe in transparent, straightforward communication regarding insurance and payments.
Due to the Canadian Personal Privacy Act, we are unable to access personal details about your dental insurance plan.
Patients are responsible for understanding their coverage details, including annual maximums, frequencies, and renewal dates.
Our team can help you interpret your insurance information, but final payment responsibility rests with the policyholder.
We follow the latest Alberta Dental Association (ADA) Fee Guide to ensure fair and standardized pricing.
